College is running under the control of two regulatory bodies N C T E & Dr. B. R. Ambedkar University, Agra. Both bodies have full control over the functions of the college by exercising their powers. College follows all the Rules & Regulations laid down by NCTE from time to time in terms of approval of the courses and college as a whole on other hand. College also bound to follow all the Rules & Regulations of affiliated university in terms of all admission, examination, award of certificates & degrees.
College has very been relationship with the teaching practice schools & committed since the establishment as they are the integral part of the teaching learning process & individual development as a whole. Through the school relationship college try to develop academic development and through the community relationship civic responsibility and its development.
